General:
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any value and are a wonderful present for any occasion. Either call into Pure personally and make your purchase or simply telephone us with your debit/credit card details and we will be happy to mail the voucher to you or the lucky recipient with a personalised message.

Products at Pure
Our current product range includes Guinot, Sesha Anti Aging Skincare, St Tropez, Masters Cosmetics, Jessica Manicure and Pedicure range and Calgel Gel Nail System.

Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to show for their appointment will be charged the full treatment cost.

Data Security
All information taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept secure and in the strictest confidence. We are registered with the Healthcare Commission and Data Protection.

Courses
Once a course of treatments has been purchased no refund will be entered into and treatments cannot be transferred to another client. All courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

When you book your appointment:
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment a credit card will be required at the time of booking. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a 50% treatment fee.

Facial treatments
Please inform us at the time of booking which complimentary treatment you would like. Either a hand massage, should or scalp massage will be given during the mask stage.

Massage treatments
If you are arriving after a busy day and would like to take a shower prior to your treatment please advise us at the time of booking.

Pedicures
We suggest that manicures are paid for prior to the treatment and that car keys, etc are removed from pockets or handbags to avoid spoiling wet varnish. For pedicures, please wear open-toed footwear.

Pregnancy and Medication
Please advise your therapist prior to your treatment if you are either pregnant, on medication or undergoing medical treatment.

When you arrive:
Late Arrivals
Please note that if you are late for an appointment the treatment will be reduce proportionately with no adjustment to price. We suggest that you try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

Mobile Phones
Please remember to switch off your mobile phone whilst visiting Pure.

Valuables
Prior to certain treatments you may be asked to remove items of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Smoking
We operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises.

Children
For health and safety reasons we are not permitted to allow children into the treatment areas. We respectfully request, out of consideration to other clients, that children are not brought into the salon.

Refreshments
You will be served complimentary refreshments during your visit to Pure but we request that food and beverages are not brought into the salon and consumed on the premises.
